UK Orders

MBPE USES UK MAIL AND ROYAL MAIL TO DELIVER ALL ORDERS 

SMALL PACKET, UP TO 2KG, 1^ST CLASS, SIGNED FOR

The delivery charge is £5.00 for orders unless you are a BFF in which case delivery is free.

This service allows part tracking of your shipment from despatch to delivery and requires a signature on arrival.

Please allow up to five working days for delivery. If you are Bestie, you’ll enjoy next day delivery if your order is placed before 12 noon.

Please note that we will need to wait 21 days from the date of despatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

We reserve the right to contact you with a revised shipping charge if the products ordered are excessively heavy.

International Orders

General Information

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas deliveries as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Some items are restricted and cannot be sent abroad. Please feel free to place your order and we will let you know if there is any problem.

We are currently able to ship to any international country with the exception of Tunisia. However, if you are outside the United Kingdom you will need to contact us directly to arrange for delivery.

Product Variations

Due to our carefully selected range of products available on our website and the link to our large number of Facebook Members, we cannot guarantee that all items are immediately available. We will let you know if any of the items you have ordered are not in stock. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Deliveries are also subject to stock availability.
